Wearing my grandfather’s suit jacket, leaning on my grandmother’s old wooden chair, you can already tell I’m sentimental. I keep heirlooms close. Notes of the past infuse my present. Like a warm hug, they support me. That was the inspiration for starting Syndesi. We may spring up in different places, but our roots are connected. This is an ode to those roots.

Eleni is the founder of Syndesi Collection and a healer who lives in Brooklyn, NY. Starting off her career working in the business of fashion for brands, such as Hermés and Ferragamo, she pivoted in 2020, as so many did. An entrepreneur at heart, she witnessed her father immigrate from Greece and create a successful restaurant business in Long Beach, California. The hard work and ethos instilled in her to achieve her goals, with so much gratitude for the sacrifices her family made to give her a better life. It’s something she does not take for granted and wants to create a life of fulfillment and freedom—for all the ones who came before her and all those to come. With a strong connection to her Greek lineage, one of her missions (and inspirations for creating Syndesi) is healing her ancestry. She feels the love and pain equally and carries within her the strength and resilience to alchemize it into gold.

She ended up being led to learn Reiki, Sound, and other healing modalities, which opened her up to a deeper truth she always felt in her heart but couldn’t put words to. As a deeply sensitive individual and empath, growing up without the understanding and acceptance of it was challenging. Opening up to her spiritual path allowed her to see her qualities as gifts, and she has been devoted to cultivating them ever since. She now offers 1:1 energy healing sessions infusing the modalities she has learned.
